What is “Yoga Therapy?”
Yoga therapy is a private yoga session that goes deeper into the aspect of healing. The client expresses an intention or desire for positive, healthy change, and the yoga therapist designs a yoga program suited to the client’s unique needs and goals. Through yoga practices and dedication, the client is able to create new healthy habits and reduce stress.

EMpower Yoga Therapy & Wellness Services was founded by me, Evelyn Madison, back in 2017 (hence the EM in ’empower’ ) I go by my middle name, Maddie, and am so excited to share yoga with you!
Private Yoga and Yoga Therapy
Sessions are one hour in length and delivered at your doorstep. The in-home yoga therapy session addresses the client’s intention for healing through yoga practices and techniques. Yoga therapy is a self reliant process where the client and yoga therapist set goals for healthy lifestyle change and the client is empowered to heal from within.
